By using https://2a.media you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Separate written statements of work or MSAs govern paid client engagements and control if they conflict with these website terms.
What we do
2A Media provides brand marketing support, Testing & Evaluation (T&E) management, creator briefing, and affiliate program management focused on firearms and outdoor categories. Website content is informational and does not create an agency relationship until both parties agree in writing.
No guarantees
Platform policies, inventories, creator schedules, and market conditions change. We do not guarantee specific views, rankings, revenue, approval of applications, or that any platform will allow particular creative.
Intellectual property
Site design, copy, and downloadable guides are owned by 2A Media or its licensors. You may download our free guides for internal business use. You may not resell, republish, or misrepresent them as your own product without permission.
User submissions
Forms and emails you send must be accurate and lawful. Do not submit others’ personal data without authority. You grant us permission to use submissions to respond and to operate requested programs.
Creator and brand programs
Applying does not guarantee acceptance, samples, or codes. Samples and affiliate access remain subject to brand rules, law, and FTC endorsement guidelines. You are responsible for your disclosures and content.
Third-party services
Affiliate networks, shipping carriers, analytics, and platforms we mention are third parties with their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 2A MEDIA LLC AND ITS PRINCIPALS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM SITE USE IS LIMITED TO FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2A Media LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from site use lies in state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless a separate client contract says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
