2A Media LLC (“2A Media,” “we,” “us”) operates https://2a.media and related brand-marketing services. This policy describes what we collect when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and your choices. It is written for a U.S. limited liability company serving business and creator contacts. It is not legal advice.

Information we collect

You provide: name, email, company or channel, role, website URLs, shipping details (for T&E requests), message content, and any files or links you send via forms or email.

Automatic: standard server and log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, approximate time) and, if enabled, analytics cookies or similar technologies.

We do not sell personal information, or require sensitive government ID to download our marketing guides.

How we use information

• Respond to brand inquiries and creator applications
• Operate T&E, affiliate, and briefing programs you ask to join
• Send requested materials (for example, the YouTube firearms policy guide)
• Improve the website and our services
• Meet legal, security, and compliance obligations

Email and forms

Website forms may open your email client (mailto) or, when configured, submit through a form plugin or email platform. By submitting, you consent to be contacted about the request you made.
